You are responsible for making sure your device meets the technical requirements to access the Site. If you receive access credentials, you must keep them confidential and not share them with anyone. Some features may require an account; each account is personal and non-transferable, and we may close it if these terms are breached.

You must be of legal age in your country of residence to use the Site and the Styla platform.

You may view the content of the Site, print or save individual pages for personal use or to evaluate Styla for your business. When using the Site you agree to:

• use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law;
• not harm, overload or compromise the operation of the Site or its network;
• not send spam, unsolicited messages or unlawful, obscene, threatening or defamatory material.

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, you may not:

• scrape the content of the Site or store it on your own servers in bulk;
• remove or alter content, trademarks or copyright notices;
• reverse engineer the Site or use it to design a competing product;
• use automated programs such as bots, crawlers or scripts that interfere with the Site, except search engines that respect robots.txt;
• license, sell, resell or create derivative works based on the Site.

All rights to the Site and its content (texts, graphics, software, photos, images, videos, trademarks and logos) belong to TP53 S.r.l. or its licensors. The Styla name and logo are trademarks and no licence to use them is granted.

We may change the format and content of the Site at any time. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes and is not professional advice. The Site may contain links to external sites, for which we are not responsible and whose availability we do not guarantee.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Ferrara, Italy, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
